Please be advised that the Administration Building at 135 Lakeshore Blvd. will be closed for the full day on Friday, August 21, 2026, while scheduled pest control treatment is completed.
The treatment has been arranged in response to reports of woodland roaches within and around the building. A pest control company will be treating the interior and exterior perimeter of the facility.
To ensure the health and safety of staff and visitors, no one will be permitted to enter the building during treatment or throughout the required drying period following application.
Employees who are regularly scheduled to work from the Administration Building will be working remotely for the day.
Anyone who would typically pick up their cheques from the Administration Building on Friday, August 21, can pick them up early on Thursday, August 20, from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. Those who are unable to pick up their cheque during this timeframe can do so when the Administration Building reopens on Monday, August 24.
The Administration Building will reopen for regular operations on Monday, August 24, 2026.
