What is Reflexology? It is the study of reflexes. Through the application of pressure on Reflex Points, Reflexology can help to relieve tension, reduce stress, decrease pain, improve circulation and support the body’s efforts to function optimally.
What happens during the appointment? The Reflexologist may work on your ears, face, feet, or hands on both sides of the body. Sessions last for 40-60 minutes. Client safety is very important!
Common ailments that Reflexology helps with: Musculoskeletal pain, Insomnia, Anxiety, Stress, Hormonal issues and Digestive issues.
Transportation can be made available.

Scott Simpson has 15 years of experience in the Wellness Field. He integrates various health and wellness techniques in a way that is both engaging and powerful. Scott’s Primary focus is on creating programs for various First Nation communities including Nawash! He is a dependable, fun and deeply empathetic Instructor. His credentials include being a Registered Reflexologist through the RAC , a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Public Speaker.
